Oak lamella - top layer

Our company specializes in the production of oak lamellas. We have a large production capacity, so we are able to meet the expectations of our customers. We offer a wide range of dimensions according to the specifications below. Our goal is to satisfy the needs of our customers in obtaining the highest quality lamellas from European oak trees.

We offer laths in grades:


Lamellas free of defects, colors similar


Admissible occasional sound knots up to 30 mm, cavities after knots up to 20 mm, natural color for European oak.


Sound knots up to 70mm, sound knots up to 50mm, occasional longitudinal cracks up to 15cm, sapwood up to 1/3 of its width.


Permissible healthy knots without limitation, lost knots or overknots up to 70mm, core and root defects including longitudinal cracks, sapwood up to 1/2 width.

Additional services:

  • SUPER PREMIUM - It is possible to order with straight grain drawing (radial cut) rigato. It is possible to order without sapwood or the possibility of grading 100% core without sapwood (antico).
  • Service of manual cleaning of knots and other wood defects (brush, chisel).

  • Lengths:: 600 mm, 800 mm, 1000 mm, 1400 mm, 1800 mm, 2000 mm, 2200 mm, 2400 mm, 2500 mm
  • Moisture content: 8% +/- 1%,
  • The laths are calibrated with sandpaper of 60 grit or other according to customer requirements
  • Tolerance on thickness after calibration +/- 0.1mm
  • Width of lamellas given in such a way that eliminates lateral curvature (banana),
  • At the request of the customer, we can also make a special classification due to defects in the wood, adjust the width what length for the customer's needs
  • The width of all lamellas is increased by 6mm of technological excess, which is not invoiced
  • The length of all fins is increased by 20mm of technological excess, which is not invoiced

Gross production of layered boards.

We produce planks of two or three layers, which are subjected to the process of manual filling and then machine calibration, so that they can be finished at the customer's site in terms of longitudinal and transverse processing and finishing of the wear layer.
